3 · Scope & deliverables

The Provider shall deliver the software licenses and services described in Schedule A. Payment terms are net 30 from invoice date, with renewal governed by clause 7.

Deliverables include per-app licenses (Max and Ultra X26), offline leases, and support as set out in clause 5. The parties agree that AI usage is user-controlled and not resold.

This agreement is executed locally and stored on the Client's device. No content leaves the machine during signing.
